ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £50m.
This particular position is for a large site based in Kings Cross. The project value for this is £40m consisting of groundworks, 3 x RC frame, foundations and concrete slab. The position is predominantly to be based from site in Kings Cross with some visits to the head office.
REQUIREMENTS
- This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor; however, candidates that are at the assistant level looking to enhance their careers are also being considered for this position.
- Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Salary range of £70,000 – £85,000 per annum.
