Pump Service Engineer opportunity available with our client, a global leader in advanced pump solutions, pioneering technologies that enhance water and energy efficiency across various sectors, including water supply, heating, cooling, and wastewater management.
Due to expansion within the South region, our client opened up this opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer with a good working knowledge of pumps to join their London service team, providing servicing and maintenance support to a number of well-known clients in and around the M25.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
- Flexible working hours (early finishes regularly available)
- Company pension – between 5% and 17.5% provided
- Yearly bonus – between 5% and 10% of annual salary
- Company Van provided, along with door-to-door travel paid
- Overtime starting at 1.5x, rising to 2x
- 1 in 7 call out rota
- 33 days holiday (25 days + bank holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining a wide range of pumps manufactured directly by the company and from direct competitors
- Dealing directly with commercial and residential clients, providing them with excellent customer service
- Responding to jobs directly from a PDA system, travelling across London on a daily basis
Minimum Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident in stripping down and reassembling a wide variety of pumps, with backgrounds in diesel, sprinkler, clean water, and waste water considered
- Previous mobile engineering experience
- Based in or very close to the M25
- Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition and Test & Inspect desirable
