The organisation:
We are partnering with a well-known charity who are seeking a Public Fundraising Consultant for a 3-6 month contract, 4 or 5 days per week. You will help support the team and drive product innovation, whilst they search for a permanent Director.
You will be responsible for:
- Line manage a large team of individual giving and digital fundraisers
- Support the team to drive forward innovation of new fundraising products
- Work in an Agile way, adapting to changing needs as the team goes through a period of change
- Coach and develop individuals
- Work with colleagues across the SLT to advance plans for growth
- Utilise a data-driven approach to decision making
Person specification:
- Significant experience within individual giving fundraising
- Experience managing fundraising income of £10M+
- Ability to start within the role within the next 3 weeks
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills and an ability to shepherd a team through change
What’s on offer:
This role is offering a day rate of £ per day PAYE for this 3-6 month fixed term contract, 4 or 5 days per week. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in their London office. This is a fast moving role and applications will close as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
