The organisation:
We are partnering with a well-known charity who are seeking a Public Fundraising Consultant for a 3-6 month contract, 4 or 5 days per week. You will help support the team and drive product innovation, whilst they search for a permanent Director.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Line manage a large team of individual giving and digital fundraisers
  2. Support the team to drive forward innovation of new fundraising products
  3. Work in an Agile way, adapting to changing needs as the team goes through a period of change
  4. Coach and develop individuals
  5. Work with colleagues across the SLT to advance plans for growth
  6. Utilise a data-driven approach to decision making

Person specification:

  1. Significant experience within individual giving fundraising
  2. Experience managing fundraising income of £10M+
  3. Ability to start within the role within the next 3 weeks
  4. Excellent leadership and coaching skills and an ability to shepherd a team through change

What’s on offer:
This role is offering a day rate of £ per day PAYE for this 3-6 month fixed term contract, 4 or 5 days per week. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in their London office. This is a fast moving role and applications will close as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
