We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to join their Ascot branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious estate agency professional to take the next step in their career with an organisation that rewards success.

Residential Sales Manager Role:
As the Residential Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the sales team, driving performance and customer service excellence. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of the local property market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to convert valuations into instructions.

Managing the day-to-day running of the Ascot sales team

Conducting valuations and winning new instructions

Driving property sales through effective marketing and negotiation

Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve KPIs

Building strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders

Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring excellent customer service throughout

What They Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential estate agency sales

Proven track record of converting valuations and achieving targets

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of Ascot and surrounding areas

Previous experience in a branch management or senior negotiator role

Highly motivated and target-driven

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Well-presented, organised, and proactive

Passionate about property and customer service
