The firm is seeking to recruit a Property Finance Solicitor to join their flourishing Winchester firm.

The role

The Bridging Finance department sits within the Property Finance department and acts for a range of leading UK specialist lenders.

The department has won awards for the work that they do. You will deal with a fast-paced caseload acting for lenders on both HNW Residential, Commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Finance Lawyer with 2-6+ years PQE.
• You may have worked for private practice, in-house for a finance company, mortgage provider or bank, or perhaps another firm handling finance and refinance.
• You are looking to get into Property Finance and have had a solid grounding in Residential or Commercial Property, as the firm has an open mind regarding this hire.
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
