We have direct instructions from the Head of the Projects team at a leading US firm in London, seeking a 4+ PQE Projects solicitor with experience in upstream Oil and Gas or Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

The team advises clients on a broad range of projects and transactions within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, with a focus on upstream and midstream oil and gas, LNG, and LNG shipping matters.

Responsibilities include:

1. Structuring and developing projects
2. Advising on joint venture arrangements
3. Handling asset sales and purchases
4. Managing corporate acquisitions, disposals, and financings
