I am currently looking for a Project Support Officer to join an IT Services company that supports the infrastructure development and project management of 3 London Boroughs.
The project is a Laptop Deployment expected to roll out over an initial 6 months. During this time, you’ll ensure any issues are addressed and maintain detailed records of the process, including any issues and their resolutions.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the project runs smoothly. Your tasks will include handling various administrative duties, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Skills needed:
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in overseeing and monitoring consistent document management standards across the service, including managing system permissions for document management
- Experience working within Councils would be very beneficial
