We are recruiting into our Building Consultancy team based in London for a Project Monitor. We work with major institutional investors, funders, lenders and REITs. We are looking for an outward-looking, ‘all-rounder’ Project Monitor preferably with a track record, a strong technical background and an ambition to deliver excellence.
What This Job Involves:
- Project, Fund and Bank Monitoring of new build and mixed use assets
- Completion of initial due diligence and reports
- Ongoing financial, technical and compliance monitoring during construction
- Potential for Employer’s Agent, Client Representative
- Potential for preparing specifications for, and administering repair and refurbishment contracts
- Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
- Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all times
- Working with internal multi-disciplinary teams on shared instructions
- Undertaking business development with new and existing clients
- Some travel will be required in this role
