About the role (External)

In this key role, you’ll manage the successful delivery of Network Operations projects to agreed scope, times, and cost. Accountable for developing project remits, you’ll work closely with important stakeholders, including project sponsors and Programme Managers, to agree criteria for success. Along the way, you’ll produce a range of progress reports detailing risks and issues, compliance, performance, and efficiency. Actively managing project delivery and the deployment of resources, you’ll be at the heart of safety, compliance, and world-class endeavours.

Responsibilities:

1. A working knowledge of project and business management processes and techniques
2. Demonstrable understanding of processes for managing health and safety and compliance
3. Good interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisation skills
4. Knowledge of coaching techniques
5. Knowledge of operational railway environment
