Job Description:

Our client, a multi-discipline design communications company based in the UK, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Account Manager. Please note that this is a remote working position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, and liaising with studio and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
• Taking client communication briefs, scheduling projects, and drafting briefs.
• Undertaking research when necessary.
• Quality checking creative work.
• Presenting and selling creative work.
• Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps.
• Briefing the studio team on projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of account management experience in a creative agency at an executive or management level.
• Solid understanding of creative processes (digital, video, and print), timings, and budgeting.
• Practical experience or good understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Project Management.
