This role is responsible for leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements. You will guide and coordinate with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and KPIs, providing day-to-day management and leadership of the project and team. You will also deliver internal fee expectations, risk mitigation, and change management.

Qualifications and experience required:
- Proven experience in project management of small to medium projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project planning skills.
- Developed budget oversight skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Construction methodologies and sequencing knowledge.
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE).
