About the Role
- Management of contract values £500k to £6m
- Reports to the Director
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to grow the business in line with regional objectives
- Manage client relationships
- Recruit, train, and manage staff and labour to maintain a motivated workforce
- Develop, deploy, and control plans to meet financial targets and objectives
- Quantify business and project risks, keeping senior management informed and managing risks within acceptable boundaries
- Ensure accurate financial information is entered and maintained in appropriate systems for performance reporting
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all staff and subcontractors in accordance with client safety policies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will uphold standards of competence, precision, and integrity in project execution. Experience with high-end fitout projects and proficiency with current software and the Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
Rewards and Benefits
