About the Role:
As a Business Change Consultant, you will work closely with non-profit organisations to guide them through key system changes and long-term strategic transformations. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational improvement, offering a chance to make a tangible difference.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic assessments of organisational needs to recommend effective systems and processes.
- Plan, oversee, and deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring successful outcomes.
- Manage and support teams through change, fostering adaptability and seamless transitions to new systems.
- Build strong, cooperative relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout.
- Deliver practical solutions through business process reviews, requirements gathering, and developing compelling business cases.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate should bring:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or business analysis (experience in both is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in using modern project management tools and handling multiple projects of varying scales.
- A proven ability to deliver complex systems implementations (e.g., CRM, CMS, Finance systems).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and organisational change management.
- A commitment to providing high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Certification or familiarity with Prince 2 or similar methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred but not essential.
