Due to company expansion, my client is recruiting permanently for a Project Administrator. Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be based from the head office in Central London with a requirement to visit project sites throughout London as well as travel to their plant and equipment storage location in Essex (the latter will be once a fortnight).

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the project sites with administrative tasks, including:

  • Attending live project sites to assist with site paperwork.
  • Raising purchase orders for site orders.
  • Confirming site orders have been received.
  • Scanning and filing delivery notes.
  • Liaising with project managers to set up new projects, including creating job folders, ordering site set up consumables, and coordinating any items for delivery from in-house stores.
  • On project completion, ensuring that all site documents have been scanned on the company shared drive.
  • Working with the project manager to coordinate the return of any site tools and equipment to site stores.
  • Ensuring company standards and policies are met and complied with.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must hold good communication skills, have previous experience of working on construction sites, and be organised and proficient in all Microsoft packages.
