The role involves leading ERP engagements covering business change, design, build, business acceptance, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning, mobilization, and leading ERP and integrated applications in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments.
Key duties:
- Ensure programme objectives align with business strategy
- Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and communication plans
- Build and manage project delivery teams, including third parties
- Estimate and manage costs, timescales, and resources
- Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours/week, with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience:
- Project and programme management in a technology environment
- Leadership style focused on customer outcomes and conflict resolution
- Experience with ERP delivery and handover to support
- Proficiency in MSP, PRINCE2, Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies
Qualifications:
- Desirable: MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)
- Qualified in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, PMI ACP, APMG AgilePM, etc.)
Security Clearance:
Must obtain and maintain SC clearance. Subject to national security and trade restrictions based on nationality and residency.
