Job Description:

The Role: Programme Lead / Project Manager

Location: London

Sector: FM / Build

Delighted to be working with this exceptional market leader again. My client is a global provider of innovative Facilities Services and never compromises on what they deliver for their clients. To support the ongoing delivery of exceptional environments and workplaces, we are looking for a strong, switched-on Project Manager / Programme Lead to join them on a prestigious account.

About the role:

With proven experience in Facilities Management, as Programme Lead you will coordinate and conduct the orchestra. You will represent the group at meetings with the Client, Principal Contractor, and Managing Agent. So, any experience in Construction (M&E, Built Environment etc.) would be an advantage in this role.

As the Programme Lead, you’ll spearhead strategic change and integration programs, prioritising seamless mobilisation and future service delivery. Working with a prestigious client at their office, your role involves managing stakeholders across Senior management and other Programme Workstream Leads.

Working closely with the London Key Account Director, General Manager, and service line operational leads, you’ll ensure effective collaboration and alignment of objectives. Additionally, you’ll represent the group in key stakeholder meetings, meticulously managing operational, commercial, and reputational risks to ensure they are appropriately mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational input to the design stages to ensure there is suitable operational consideration in the design of future spaces.
  • Provide input to the planning and scheduling of the overarching Programme, e.g. conducting impact assessments for managing changes to the Programme timelines, ensuring key dependencies and challenges are identified.
  • Planning, creation and delivery of mobilisation plans by providing oversight and leadership for the timely roll-out of service delivery and experiences in new spaces.
  • Mentor and guide workstreams and service lines to ensure services are set up in a coordinated approach, moving away from a service-by-service mobilisation.
  • Manage commercial activities to obtain approval for new and enhanced service requirements.

About You:

  • Proven Programme / Project Management experience in the FM industry.
  • Experience in mobilisation/transformation role for a high-profile client.
  • Good level of communication & networking skills.
  • Ability to influence, manage expectations and provide reassurance to key stakeholders.
  • Customer driven and client focused.
  • Works well collaboratively in a team.
  • Competent in using a suite of MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects.

You must be able to live and work in the UK without restriction.
