Job Description

• Lead and manage the delivery of various programmes
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve programme objectives
• Oversee the programme budget, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the programme
• Regularly report on programme progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Identify and manage risks to programme delivery
• Continually assess the impact and effectiveness of programmes
• Develop and mentor a dedicated team to ensure successful programme delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Programme Lead should have:

• Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
• Experience in project or programme management within the not-for-profit sector
• A degree in business, social sciences or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders
• Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets
• A passion for driving social change and making a positive impact in the community
