Job Description
- Lead and manage the delivery of various programmes
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve programme objectives
- Oversee the programme budget, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the programme
- Regularly report on programme progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Identify and manage risks to programme delivery
- Continually assess the impact and effectiveness of programmes
- Develop and mentor a dedicated team to ensure successful programme delivery
The Successful Applicant
A successful Programme Lead should have:
- Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
- Experience in project or programme management within the not-for-profit sector
- A degree in business, social sciences or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets
- A passion for driving social change and making a positive impact in the community
