This role supports the Litigation division within the firm\’s Knowledge Management department, working alongside other PSLs and a library manager. The key focus areas include:

• Updating the team on relevant legal and procedural developments through regular internal updates.
• Curating and creating know-how resources, and addressing fee earner queries.
• Collaborating to identify and develop best practices.
• Delivering or coordinating technical and other training for teams and clients.
• Supporting departmental business development, including profile raising and technological advancements.

Accountabilities

Purpose of the job

This position supports the Litigation division, with a focus on:

• Knowledge sharing initiatives and technical training delivery.
• Updating and creating resources for the firm\’s precedent database and best practice procedures.
• Producing materials for client updates, articles, webinars, and podcasts on legal developments.
• Assisting with training delivery and awareness updates for clients and intermediaries.

Professional Skills

• Experience in developing seminars and training fee earners at all levels.
• Deep understanding of litigation and dispute resolution law and practice, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience in England & Wales, in private practice or in-house, with an excellent academic record. PSL experience is desirable but not essential.

General skills required:

• Strong communication skills
• Discretion and IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with presentation software and web conferencing tools is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, adaptability, motivation, and resilience under pressure.
