Job Title: Professional Support Lawyer

This highly regarded law firm has a vacancy for a Professional Support Lawyer. This role provides support to the Corporate unit of the Corporate and Commercial practice areas. It has a strong focus on document automation, styles, and precedents. Occasionally, you will assist with other PDL matters such as training, know-how, queries, etc., which are unrelated to styles/standard documents. The position can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, but travel will be required to other offices to meet business needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with strong drafting skills, excellent project management skills, and experience with the usual suite of corporate styles, precedents, and transaction documents.
