Technique Recruitment Solutions is a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment company based in Norfolk. We are working with our Norwich-based client, who operates in the recycling sector, and have an opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join their team on the night shift. This position is initially temporary but may become permanent after a successful 12-week period.
Job Description:
- Separate materials traveling along a conveyor belt.
- Identify different types of materials, pick them out, and place them in containers.
- Ensure the workplace and your workstation are clean and tidy.
- Assist with other general tasks as required within your section.
- May be required to operate a forklift; previous experience is essential. Internal refresher training can be provided if your license has expired.
Hours and Days of Work: 44 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday, 7 pm to 7 am.
Previous Skills / Experience Required: Experience working in an FMCG environment.
PPE Provided: All necessary PPE, including footwear, will be provided for the tasks and role being undertaken.
