We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Film Department. You will be passionate about film content and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple delivery service lines.

You will work on a variety of projects across all Inizio Engage XD clients within our Film Team. Our projects include explainer films, patient case studies, internal engagement, branded content, strategic vision films, event and exhibition content across multiple platforms.

You will work with our wider film and operations team, providing support by running, scheduling and delivering content following the agreed delivery schedule and requirements. You will report into the Senior Production Manager.

What you’ll do …

Pre-production and Briefs: responsibilities to include:

  • Provide detailed schedules and project plans
  • Costing projects and managing budgets on Procim
  • Invoicing through our Finance team
  • Create POs on Oracle
  • Oversee production insurance with our Risk team, licensing and permits
  • Arrange, negotiate and manage resources both internal and external

Production responsibilities to include:

  • Production bookings and logistics
  • Manage expenditure and ensure projects remain within budget
  • Partner with clients by joining calls and attending meetings
  • Support the wider team on production paperwork including call sheets, release forms, risk assessments, supply of services, and all international paperwork, partnering with the internal Health & Safety team to ensure production compliance

Post-production and delivery: responsibilities to include:

  • Ensure delivery to brief and on schedule within required formats
  • Oversee financial reconciliation and reporting
  • Obtain Clearcast and Veeva approvals
  • Manage all post-production paperwork
  • Archive paperwork and project files during project closure

What you’ll need to have …

  • Experience working on the whole production process, from setting up pre-production through to managing post-production workflows
  • Experience working on delivery schedules
  • Experience working as part of teams of all sizes in a busy production environment
  • Experience utilizing rate cards and differentiating between in and out rates
  • Experience managing margins when inputting internal and external costs across project timelines using company software tools and monitoring project billings
  • Experience managing a range of different shoots
  • Knowledge of multi-platform formats and deliverables with the ability to work with different service lines
  • Commercially aware of current market rates
  • Client-facing experience and the ability to build client relations
  • Knowledge of creating multiscreen content
  • Event and Exhibition experience desirable
