Night Shift – 3 on 4 off – 12 hour night shifts

Location: Milton Keynes

Our industrial manufacturing client based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Production Manager to join their night shift team. The Production Management team consists of 4 members split across days and nights.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Managing a staff of around 25 Production Operators / Machine Minders (including Shift Team Leaders).
2. This position is more of a ‘hands-off’ management role.
3. Day-to-day management including absences, holidays, one-on-ones, and disciplinary actions.
4. Manage KPIs and ensure they are met – wastage, downtime, cost, productivity output, etc.
5. Quality checking.
6. Record accidents, near misses, and hazards to health & safety.

Requirements:

I’m looking for candidates who have previously worked on a night shift in a manufacturing or production environment.
