Job Description:

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Provide clinical product support to end users, including on-site guidance during surgical procedures, training, and customer education. Offer feedback on product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Train surgeons and OR staff on the operation of robotic arm applications and associated equipment to ensure optimal placement and precision.
  • Utilize proprietary software for pre-operative CT scan preparation, assist in implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
  • Generate reports on case reviews, services, and recommendations for product and process improvements, and manage inventory, sales orders, and forecast inputs.
  • Support demonstrations and visits to showcase product clinical value.
  • Train hospital personnel on the use of the RIO System, accessories, disposables, and implants.
  • Report product complaints promptly as per quality system requirements.
  • Resolve product issues efficiently for customers.
  • Provide case support at unassigned accounts.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales plans to increase system utilization and grow case volume.
  • Promote clinical benefits, build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage product purchase orders, inventory, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive account growth.
  • Support manual and revision cases and key account management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or technical field.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in sales or technical roles within healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, business procedures, and office technology (ERP, MS Access, Excel, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze specifications and assist customers in product selection.
  • Travel percentage: 70%.
