You would lead Supply Chain Execution workstreams (Transport and Warehousing) in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance. Act as a Product and Program Manager in functional capacity to proactively advise clients and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise. Shape and Manage the development of functional solutions as well as their implementation for BlueYonder’s Execution capabilities as BlueYonder Transportation Management, Warehouse management (Resource Orchestration), Labour Management.
Drive and Deliver large-scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology on the BlueYonder cloud platform. Planning, conception, and oversight during implementation of complex SCM transformation projects over the entire project life cycle. Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation. Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Successfully completed University degree in Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Experience in leading and managing Supply Chain Transformation programs and product management across Transportation Planning, Optimisation and Execution, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Visibility, SC Control Tower
- Minimum 3 Full lifecycles project management experience in supply chain blueprint, detailed design, solution building and testing, user training, support, and rollout (BlueYonder experience preferred)
- Practical application of business requirements facilitation, solution analysis and presentation with process owners and business application experts
- Industry knowledge focus in Retail and Consumer Goods
- Very strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and strong team orientation to solve complex customer inquiries
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to move confidently in everyday project work and at all management levels
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Preferably based in the UK or Ireland
- Culturally astute and willingness to travel
