More about the role

You will lead an agile data engineering team, in partnership with an Engineering Manager, to develop core data products crucial for our CRM and personalization capabilities, impacting our customer experience across brands. You’ll be responsible for the roadmap, supporting the Group Product Manager to prioritize activities aligned with our business strategy and Customer Interaction Data goals. You will collaborate with both commercial and technical stakeholders to communicate and realize our vision, working with various teams to improve customer communication and experience.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams, product teams, architects, analysts, data scientists, senior stakeholders, and third-party partners. You will manage priorities effectively, understand dependencies, arbitrate conflicts, and influence teams to deliver value while fostering a community of proactive feedback. You will regularly review product value, identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction, and support incident resolution and production issue management.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to convey messages clearly, generate energy, and drive consensus, even in tough decisions. You can articulate a compelling product vision and goals.
  • You’re passionate about products, balancing customer needs and technology, with enthusiasm for delivering change through people and tech. You understand agile practices and want to grow your product career.
  • You’re curious, keeping up with industry trends and key influences on sustainability and your team’s products.
  • You’re proactive and pragmatic, a self-starter who builds productive relationships internally and externally, and navigates ambiguous situations to drive clarity and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing or understanding data products is useful but not essential.
