Product Manager - Cash Pickup

TheProduct team are responsible for creating and building a world-class cross-border payments solution, supporting a portfolio of products and delivering value to customers.

As aProduct Manager , you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and Agile Team to deliver the functionality and user experience of the product, from definition to implementation and optimization.

You will prioritize high-level goals from stakeholders to deliver features that improve client experience and generate business value, ensuring alignment with the product vision and addressing dependencies and blockers with agile teams.

Your role includes translating business objectives into clear features, understanding and communicating them at all development stages.

What we expect of you, day to day.

This role reports to theSenior Product Manager and involves turning product vision, strategy, and design into reality. We seek an experienced Product Manager with deep payments expertise, preferably with experience in a cash pickup product, capable of delivering:

Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from creation to growth

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and manage dependencies
• Decompose epics into features for product improvements
• Prioritize team backlog according to business goals
• Ensure features are well-documented and understood by the Agile team
• Participate in Agile ceremonies

SME in Your Functional Area

• Become the main point of contact for your functional area
• Support development, training, documentation, and implementation of the Cash Pickup product

This is a hybrid position; in-office days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
