You will help key partners, leveraging our secure and resilient Alliance Cloud platform, to integrate Swift connectivity into their business applications and services, delivering outstanding value to end customers.

What to expect

• Work closely with the Alliance Cloud team to improve and expand our strategic, flagship product.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, professional services, and support, to successfully implement product strategies and ensure seamless integration.
• Engage with external partners and providers to cultivate positive relationships and drive product adoption.
• Maintain a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs to determine and prioritize product features and improvements.
• Manage the order-to-activation process to ensure a streamlined and efficient customer experience.
• Deliver product presentations and updates to internal teams (sales, services, support teams), customers, partners and third-party application providers.
• Contribute to Swift’s success by delivering competitive and secure product solutions that meet the evolving demands of the financial industry.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to determine product requirements and priorities.

What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with:

• Between 4 & 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the banking and financial software industry.
• A university or master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Computing & Technology or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to build and present compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience or knowledge of the Swift ecosystem and financial messaging standards.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
• Curiosity, drive, and a dedication to continuous self-development.
