The Role
The Product Executive supports a team of Product Managers with contracting tour services and administrative tasks. This includes procurement, data entry, and ensuring accurate paperwork for system input. The role requires operational knowledge, time management, and strong data processing and Excel skills. The candidate must follow company procedures, maintaining clarity and consistency. Familiarity with documents and systems like Excel, Jira, and Travel Studio is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Contracting: Send rate and availability requests, negotiate terms, benchmark contracts, develop supplier relationships, source solutions for supply issues.
- Product Administration: Maintain product databases, update contracting agreements, utilize Jira, liaise with Accounts, assist in Tour Manual creation, manage inboxes, and perform ad hoc admin tasks.
- Product Development & Market Cycle: Support research, analyze feedback, develop training materials, participate in sales training, ensure timely delivery, proof web pages and brochures.
Experience, Requirements & Behaviors
- Minimum 2 years in a travel product role
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Numerate, analytical, proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to meet deadlines and a passion for travel
- Legal right to work in the UK
