Full Time and Part Time – Permanent Roles

We are recruiting Procurement Project Managers for APUC as part of an expansion of services. The postholders will work in various roles across our organization and member institutions for different periods. Roles within institutions will cover various categories, spend areas, and procurement activities aligned with institutional and statutory needs. Roles within the core Collaborative Contracting team will involve managing Framework Agreements and supplier relationships on behalf of the sector.

The postholders will represent APUC, its member institutions, and the procurement profession, demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior. APUC is evolving to meet the changing needs of its clients. We seek experienced procurement and supply chain professionals with a strong work ethic, who are eager to develop further as new opportunities and challenges arise.

Candidates should have experience in similar roles, with relevant tendering experience and knowledge of EU and Scottish public procurement regulations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
