PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Support the team's growth in our Commercial Procurement team as an advisory (non-contentious) lawyer. Require approximately 2+ years of post-qualifying experience; open to a range of experience levels. Work on high-value, innovative procurement matters. THE TEAM

Recognized market leader in procurement law, delivering advisory and disputes work across procurement regulations, including government contracts, transport, utilities, healthcare, and development sectors. The team supports clients with the transition to the Procurement Act 2023 and handles both advisory and contentious matters.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Provide strategic procurement advice and draft procurement documents. Advise on procurement process design and conduct. Assist bidders and work with disputes team on procurement claims. Lead procurement workstreams on major projects. Support business development activities, including client publications and training. Guide clients through the Procurement Act 2023 transition.
