Salary: £24,000 with a £450 bonus pot per month (OTE £29,400)

Location: London (hybrid working - 3 days in office per week)

About the Role: As a Processing Administrator, you'll ensure key transactions with our customers are completed accurately and on time. Working within a team of five specialists, your main responsibility is to submit contracts correctly to our panel of suppliers. You will collaborate closely with our sales and customer service teams to collect necessary supplier details and confirm agreements daily. Additionally, you'll update internal records by uploading supplier reports and entering new pricing data into the system. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a diligent approach—helping to keep the contract process running smoothly.

Day to day Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all contracts sold the previous day are correctly processed and sent to the right supplier.
  • Update internal and external trackers to monitor daily performance progress.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, and supplier contacts to ensure all necessary information is included with each sale.
  • Reconcile sales volumes with supplier contracts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
  • Track daily outputs, generate reports, and update key stakeholders on progress.

The Team: This role sits within our Sales and Operations department, and the team are the crucial communication link between our customers and our suppliers to ensure that every new contract goes live as seamlessly as possible for our customers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience within an administration or analytical role preferably in a sales-driven or customer service environment.
  • Ability to analyse data and deliver root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working across multiple CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft, specifically Excel.
  • Experience in processing, customer service, or call center environments. (desirable)
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer service best practices. (desirable)
