Process Technician

AAK is seeking a diligent and skilled Process Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in manufacturing plant-based oils, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Ensure the safe and effective operation of the production line, following SOPs and safety procedures. Set up, maintain, and operate the production line to meet standards, ensuring food safety, H&S, and GMP compliance. Identify line losses and implement improvements to optimize operations. Perform maintenance and changeovers effectively, including scheduled AM activities. Maintain accurate production documentation. Participate in HACCP studies, ensuring CCPs are properly controlled and products meet specifications. About you Experience in the food industry with knowledge of food safety, quality, and H&S standards. Experience in a similar role. Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques (Lean, 6S, etc.). IOSH training is desirable. Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations is a plus. Passionate with a proactive, \’can-do\’ attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, reliable approach. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. High attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines.
