About the role: Our partner seeks a Process Improvement Manager to enhance their Business Process Management practices. In this role, your expertise will help in transforming business operations through robust frameworks and advanced analytics.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and coordinate business process improvement strategies with key stakeholders across the business.
- Be on top of the process performance to identify and analyze opportunities for improvement.
- Lead benchmarking initiatives and support stakeholders for continuous growth across strategic processes.
- Provide BPM expertise and guidance across the organization.
- Provide coaching and support by demonstrating improvement benefits and ROI to business stakeholders.
You’re a great fit if you possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Science, Engineering, or Data Science, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in BPM, process mining, process improvement, project management, and data analytics.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record in leading cross-functional teams and management consulting.
