Are you an experienced private client solicitor who is being overlooked for partnership? Are you currently in a top heavy team and therefore your prospects for partnership seem years away? If yes, then this is the perfect role for you.

An impressively ranked law firm in Kent is currently looking to recruit a Partner level Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive into their high calibre private client department, specialising mainly in Probate work. This is a senior level position and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 5 years PQE managing a private client caseload and you will ideally be a STEP member or working towards it. Solid probate experience is essential and any management and business development experience would be very useful. The work is top quality, often acting for ultra high net worth clients with complex and high value assets.

In this role, you will join as a Salaried Partner from day one, therefore if you are currently an associate or senior associate in either a regional or London law firm, but partnership does not seem achievable, then this role is perfect for you. Alternatively, you may currently be a Partner in another law firm but want a change or a step up in firm.

This firm offers hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 remote) but there is flexibility on this to suit your needs. They offer a genuine work/life balance culture and, most importantly, are one of the friendliest teams in Kent!
