We are looking to hire an upbeat, energetic Private/Family PA to work out of a private family home for a business family living in Central London. You will oversee all daily admin and household management of a large London property, acting as a Private PA and Family Assistant, responsible for running every aspect of the house for busy working bosses.

All PAs applying need a minimum of 2 years Private PA experience and ideally have previously worked for a family with teenagers before. Although a purely Private PA role, you must be tech savvy with excellent written/IT skills as home is run in a highly efficient, professional way. You will be required to work 4 days out of a house, 5th day can be remote working if required. Some work required out of Hampshire home during some months, but very minimal.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Keeping various calendars regularly updated
  • Overseeing household budgets and expenditure
  • Hiring and retention of domestic staff, implementing staff rota
  • Organising all household maintenance and snagging issues, overseeing contractors and suppliers
  • Dealing with all guests and visitors
  • Overseeing school admin for 2 teenagers, sports and social clubs, appointments etc.
  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, and office EA
  • Overseeing all vehicle insurances, tax, and servicing
  • Researching holidays and projects
  • Ordering all household supplies and purchasing

Working for a highly detailed orientated couple, this PA will be a good communicator, excellent with people, who wants to act as a complete gatekeeper, responsible for everything. This role would ideally suit a PA with a naturally calm, pro-active demeanour. Excellent PA job on offer for a hard-working, highly committed PA looking for a long-term Private PA role.
