Our client, a private family estate, is looking for a detailed and organized housekeeper to join their household team at their San Jose, CA residence. The role will require working on weekends and evenings as part of a rotation, with longer hours when the Principals are home.

As the Housekeeper, you will work with 2 other top-notch housekeepers to provide the highest level of service to the property. Responsibilities include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, as well as assisting with special events. You must be comfortable working in the presence of the Principal, respecting their privacy, and anticipating their needs.

Responsibilities

1. Cleaning and tidying of the household
2. Organization, including closets, pantry, and home
3. Inventory management of household items
4. Greeting guests, answering phones, and security
5. Placing items not in use away and organized
6. Assistance with meal service

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Housekeeper in ultra-luxury or 5-star hotels or with ultra-high-net-worth family estates. They should have a \’no job is too small\’ attitude, be comfortable anticipating the needs of the Principal to create a seamless experience, and maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
