They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Client Tax Director to join their thriving team.

As a Private Client Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the firm\’s private client tax services. This is a senior leadership position, with a route to Partnership, where you will oversee a dedicated team, manage key client relationships, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services. Your expertise will contribute to the firm\’s growth and reputation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management and Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. Provide comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services tailored to each client\’s circumstances. Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to optimize clients\’ tax positions.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging networks and developing relationships. Participate in marketing activities to promote private client tax services.
• Technical Excellence and Compliance: Stay updated on tax legislation, regulations, and industry trends. Provide technical guidance on complex tax issues.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning and business development. Collaborate with other directors and partners to meet firm objectives.
