This well-established Scottish law firm is currently recruiting an additional Lawyer to join its growing Private Client team based in St Andrews. The team offers advice to clients to assist in future planning and managing significant life events.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will advise on a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Succession Planning & Asset Protection
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- The creation and administration of Charitable and Private Trusts
- Powers of Attorney, Wills & Executries
To be considered for this role, you will be at the NQ-4 level PQE and ideally have completed a private client seat during your traineeship and/or possess some post-qualifying private client experience. You should have achieved STEP Membership or be willing to work towards achieving this accreditation.
