Print Project Manager

We have a unique opportunity for a Print Project Manager to join an innovative organization that specializes in producing tasteful, clever, and inspirational graphics for retail, museums, exhibitions, site hoarding, and offices. This leading enterprise has diversified its services, excelling in large format, litho, and digital print, enabling them to cater to all market needs.

Renowned for high-end projects, this innovative company seeks a naturally creative Project Manager responsible for managing key accounts with existing and new customers, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring all projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans to deliver the customer\’s brief efficiently, seeking new ways to improve cost-effectiveness.
2. Provide the customer with new ideas or methods to enhance the project.
3. Ensure the customer brief is accurately documented and detailed within the project plan.
4. Brief all relevant departments (Administration and Production) clearly and promptly to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
5. Keep the customer informed of project progress throughout.
6. Deliver projects on time, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the original brief.
7. Identify and resolve project issues promptly, maintaining communication with all involved and managing the budget and costs. Escalate issues as needed.
8. Maintain and build excellent relationships with suppliers, testing and utilizing cost-effective materials, and ensuring timely availability of all materials required for the project.

Key skills and knowledge required:

• Experience in the Large Format Print sector (minimum 5 to 10 years)
• Strong commercial acumen
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Proficiency in various creative software packages and MS tools
• Knowledge of industry best practices and awareness of new initiatives that enhance the sales process
