The Production Director will lead a team of departmental managers and production staff: Job Management, Pre-Press, Printing, Finishing, Fulfilment, Stock, and Delivery. Your role will be to ensure a safe and healthy working environment is provided and maintained for these employees within the department.
We are looking for a confident, switched-on professional who is not only self-driven but also a team player. You must work with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines. Numeracy skills and a strong commercial acumen are key, ensuring financial targets within the production department are met.
