We have an opportunity to work with an ever evolving printer whose top priority is client relationships. They are looking for a passionate account manager to act as the liaison between the company and its customers. Your core priority will be to address customers’ needs as timely and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of printed solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
