A Principal Structural Engineer is needed to join the building structures team of this major multi-disciplinary practice, based in Basingstoke or Southampton. The company works on some of the world's most complex projects across sectors including schools, defense, transport, infrastructure, historic works, change of use, and new builds.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project management
- Hands-on design
- Mentoring junior staff
- Client engagement to ensure smooth project delivery
You should have a strong background in building structure design, be articulate, technically proficient, and Chartered (MICE or MIStructE). Knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer, LUSAS, or similar software is advantageous.
