Summary

Unique opportunity for an experienced engineer in a fully remote position. My client, a leading crypto market-making firm, is looking to hire a dynamic individual with experience in technical leadership, both strategically and in team management.

You will have significant autonomy and will contribute to the firm’s core software strategy, taking ownership of key infrastructure. Your responsibilities include executing the roadmap, collaborating with the infrastructure team to enhance tooling and productivity.

You will also lead a team of talented engineers, establishing software engineering best practices, coaching, mentoring, and participating in hiring decisions to guide the team’s direction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development—Python preferred, but other Object-Oriented languages considered
• Strong technical skills with the ability to design and develop complex systems
• Experience managing highly technical software development teams, with a talent for mentoring
• Deep knowledge of tooling and software engineering best practices
• Self-motivated, quick learner, capable of working independently
