This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and dynamic Principal Security Consultant to join our diverse team in our London office (St Paul’s). You will play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of security controls for high-profile projects across the Critical Systems (Data Centres) sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of electronic security systems consultants from design through to installation and handover.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the wider security team and other disciplines to manage the delivery and coordination of technically excellent and profitable projects.
The Skills:
- Extensive background in security systems designs (video surveillance, access control, intruder alarm, intercom, and integrated security management systems).
- Experience in construction administration services for data centre projects following RIBA Plan of Work stages or equivalent.
- Knowledge of security risk management and physical security solutions such as Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM), forced entry protection, blast, and ballistic mitigation.
- Proven ability to manage direct reports, project teams, security stakeholders, and to prepare specifications, reports, and drawings.
- A passion for creative and intuitive design.
- Excellent communication skills and initiative are essential due to the client-focused and collaborative nature of this role.
