Job Summary:
Principal Engineer – Transformation
Location: Barrow | Hybrid working – 2 days on site per week
Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract
Security Level: Please note, due to the nature of the work, you may not be able to start working until SC has been completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of the organisation transformation team.
- Analyze current processes and capabilities to improve efficiency (better use of applications, etc.).
- Develop a transformation improvement plan.
- Drive change to enhance team efficiency.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma.
- Training & Capability Management.
- Communications & Engagement.
- Organisational Design.
- Transformation experience.
- Background in a highly regulated industry – ideally Nuclear.
- SAP experience.
