Job Description:

Role of the Department

Working within the Development team, you will be actively involved in delivering customer projects for future powertrain developments. The department provides consultancy services in areas such as advanced internal combustion engines, batteries, hybrid systems, low carbon fuels, and more. We seek exceptional engineers with inquisitive and flexible mindsets to support our diverse projects. You will gain broad technical knowledge and experience, supported by our specialists. We prioritize internal talent development through training, technical growth, and increased responsibilities including project and personnel management.

Duties:

• Vehicle integration
• Component inspection, failure analysis, and root cause analysis
• NVH experience is beneficial
• Data manipulation and interpretation
• Technical report and presentation writing
• Understanding customer and commercial requirements

Your Skills and Experience:

• Significant relevant experience in automotive development engineering
• Experience in an automotive environment preferred
• High level of computer literacy
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good data analysis skills
• Report writing and time management skills
• Technical presentation skills
• Knowledge of automotive electrification technologies (eMotors and Batteries) is highly desirable
• Experience with AVL Converto, MATLAB, and MS Office is desirable
• Knowledge of quality systems and procedures is advantageous
• German language skills are advantageous but not essential
