I am recruiting a Principal Consultant- Financial Services Advisory for a boutique consultancy that is experiencing significant growth. The role of Principal Consultant involves leading the management and delivery of advisory engagements for clients, as well as taking a lead role in 'take to market' activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and overseeing the delivery of multiple client projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and project closure.
- Developing bespoke solutions to help clients meet regulatory and operational obligations.
- Being the primary contact for a portfolio of projects, managing client expectations, delegating tasks, reviewing work, providing feedback, ensuring accurate invoicing, and communicating about project needs such as budgets and timelines.
- Compiling weekly team updates on critical project developments.
- Participating in business development activities, such as creating thought leadership content, engaging stakeholders, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and expanding the client base through outreach and existing relationships.
