As a Prime Brokerage Client Service Representative Senior Associate in Prime Financial Services Team, you will own operational client experience for our cash equity and repo financing prime clients. You will partner with clients to design efficient operational models from trade capture to settlement, provide top-tier operational risk management, leverage data to present trends and influence behaviours, and design solutions using digital automation platforms like Alteryx. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, making us their preferred choice in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures trades are captured and settled in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
  • Manages proactively failing settlements to minimize risk and penalty charges.
  • Partners with clients and internal teams to ensure that cash and positions are reconciled accurately.
  • Builds trusting, credible client relationships through responsive, high quality client service. This includes responding to daily queries, chairing action driven meetings, and having difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Monitors themes using our data analytics platforms and uses a data driven approach to influencing client and broker behaviour.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Ability to act and communicate with humility, empathy and kindness.
  • Proven track record of being a subject matter expert (any product or workflow) in a previous role.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple, digestible way to varied audiences.
