Position Details
- Location: Southend-on-Sea
- Salary: £125-£230 per day (£24,375 - £44,850 annually), depending on experience and qualifications
- Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, stimulating lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Create a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration
- Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform teaching strategies
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual needs, providing support or challenge as appropriate

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (PGCE or equivalent preferred)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in primary schools; ECTs are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and promoting their comprehensive development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
