We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to support teaching and learning by providing high quality administrative support as part of a committed and flexible administration team.

  • Location: Westminster, W1K
  • Position: Office Manager
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: Long term
  • Contract type: Temporary with the view to go permanent
  • Full time/part time: FULL TIME ONLY
  • Minimum rate of pay: £100 – £120 per day
  • Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (full day)

TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • To provide administrative support.
  • To support teaching and learning by providing high quality administrative support as part of a committed and flexible administration team.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year experience as an office manager (education setting desired)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references.
